Scope of Work: The Jewel at Washington Pike was looking for a fresh and elevated space in their newly constructed clubhouse. This clubhouse consisted of a kitchen and dining space to gather, a large, open living room, two conference rooms, and several leasing offices. FF&E was provided for the entirety of this project.
