Highlands of the Smokies

Scope of the Project: The Highlands of the Smokies is a new build of an existing condominium resort that was completely burned in the 2016 Gatlinburg wildfires. Under new ownership, this rebuilt Highlands embodies the meaning of luxury in the mountains. Envision assisted in the procurement of FF&E in all of the units as well as amenities such as the gym, conference room, front office and lobby.
